Pre-sale tickets for the Comcast Battle in Seattle will be available to Spokane residents and members of the Comcast Battle in Seattle mailing list at 10:00am on Saturday, September 11th. The pre-sale gives an exclusive opportunity for fans to purchase tickets to the game that is expected to sell out.

This pre-sale will last from 10:00am September 11th until 10:00pm on September 16th to ensure that hometown fans have the chance to see their Gonzaga Bulldogs take on the Illinois Fighting Illini on December 4th at KeyArena. Tickets are available in the following Ticketmaster locations:

The Seattle event will be the fourth all-time meeting between the teams, with Illinois currently leading the series 2-1. The teams played last season with the Zags winning 85-83 in overtime on a Elias Harris layup with :12 to play. Illinois trailed by as many as 21 in the first half of that game and led by eight in the second but needed a 3-pointer by Dominique Keller in the closing seconds of regulation after a miss by Demetri McCamey to tie it 79-79.

Illinois’ appearance in the Emerald City will mark the first time the Big Ten team will play in Seattle since the 1989 Final Four.
